Why is sleep important?
Why is sleep important?
Sleeping is important because we need to have a nice and energized body for tomorrow.
Main reason 1
Fact Unfortunately, studies have indicated that up to 7 out of 10 children don’t get enough sleep, which can lead to temper tantrums, poor concentration and behavioral problems.
Example For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood.
Main reason 2
Fact Up to 7 out of 10 children needs enough sleep but not adults.
Example adults are not getting the recommended 7 hours of sleep each night. .
Secondly, we need a lot of sleep so we can get more energized to go to school.
For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels.
Main reason 3
Fact adults are not getting the recommended 7 hours of sleep each night.
Example Sleep plays an important role in your physical health.
Thirdly, Don’t stay up at night and play video games when actually your parents
Told you to go to sleep it’s just a waste of time to get up and out of bed.
Conclusion
In the conclusion you re-state the introduction.
For example: Finally, sleep is important because…..Finally, I though adults don’t get that much sleep because the need to keep an eye in the house and guiding it.
Sleep deficiency, which includes sleep deprivation, affects people of all ages, races, and ethnicity.
